Registration

For weekend retreats a $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Please clarify on your registration if you will be joining us for 2 nights or 3 nights.

For day crops a $20 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.

You must fill out a seperate registration form for each event. Please only put one name per registration form. Please clarify your roomates or tablemates so that we can accomodate everyone.

We need atleast ten in attendance for all events or the date is subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

As stated above your deposit is non-refundable. If you paid in full you can transfer to another event within 12 months (notice the deposit is non-transferable) or we can refund your money less the $50 deposit. Someone else may attend in your place without penalties. It is your responsibility to contact us regarding your cancellation or transfer. No refunds will be offered for cancellations received less than 21 days prior to the event or no-shows.

Payments

We accept checks and money orders. Checks should be made payable to Christy Steele or Lori Martin and mailed to 1246 Mathis Rd Rock Hill, SC 29732. There is a $15 fee for all returned checks.
